This was a marketing-first brand with a bold vision: disrupt a tired industry, ditch the cookie-cutter content, and bring a fashion-forward, clever edge to property. The identity needed to feel punchy, provocative, and totally unlike anything else in real estate—because this team isn't here to follow trends, they're here to break them.

A striking, unapologetic brand that blends the worlds of fashion, media, and property. With bold visuals, retro-inspired content, and a witty, confident tone of voice, the brand positions itself as a creative force—turning homes into stories and listings into scroll-stopping moments. This isn’t just real estate. It’s storytelling with style.



Every asset used was carefully redesigned to break the norm of usual real estate collateral. Incorporating the frosted glass element in both digital and print symbolises both transparency and exclusivity. This material subtly obscures images at first glance, inviting curiosity while maintaining a sense of refinement. The blurred effect allows viewers to absorb the atmosphere of a home, offering a glimpse of its essence before revealing the full picture.
